Baza invites you to functional training with Ana Vidoš!
Exercise will consist of a variety of components, as it is not an isolated training of certain muscle groups (compared with fitness), but it is an extremely varied exercise that is closest to the natural and useful movements of humans, improving agility, coordination, strength, endurance, explosiveness, speed and stability. Various assemblies will be included, such as step-training, aerobics, circular exercise with own weight and accessories.

Functional exercise includes exercises that strengthen the body parts that are important for performing day-to-day tasks. It is suitable for both top athletes and for those doing sports recreationaly. Exercises are designed primarily for those muscles that take care of stability and firm stance of the body, as well as for easier lifting and carrying loads.
Friends say I’m crazy in a good way, always full of energy and smiling, which is also reflected in exercises. I try to put my energy into training which motivates me in a fun way and makes me smile as well (and burn some more calories).
It is a really good feeling when the team persists and has motivation and is happy to come to your trainings despite having their responsibilities and families. As a coach, it means a lot to me that I get a positive response, because this gives me even more motivation to make progress and offer them even more. Relationships are great, the team is increasingly connected and encouraged and therefore the atmosphere is becoming more and more friendly.
